As a dyslexic therapist, I’ve found that listening to audiobooks and podcasts is one of the best ways for me to stay engaged with new ideas, research, and cultural shifts. Learning doesn’t just happen in the therapy room or through formal training—it’s in the everyday moments too. Whether I’m walking, commuting, or unwinding, I love tuning into conversations that challenge my thinking, expand my understanding, and help me stay connected to the evolving world of mental health, relationships, and human behaviour.
