I became a therapist because I’ve been there - needing support, not even realising how much until I finally got it.
The right help changes everything. That’s why I retrained, why this isn’t just a job - it’s my purpose. Giving back what I once needed. Therapy isn’t about fixing you (because you were never broken). It’s about giving you the space to be seen, heard, and supported in a way that actually makes a difference. You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
